Recently attended the Shoulder Huddle Meeting in Delhi on 30th August 2026 .

The meeting brought together some very interesting discussions around complex shoulder problems and the practical challenges we face in managing them.

I had the opportunity to present a challenging revision case following a failed Total Shoulder Arthroplasty and share my approach during the discussion. I was also invited to join the panel, where we discussed a range of complex shoulder cases and the different factors that influence surgical decision making.

The hands on workshop on Arthrex Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty was another important part of the meeting, with a focus on technique, planning and the nuances that matter in practice.

These are the meetings I always value because the learning goes beyond the presentations. The exchange of experiences, different surgical perspectives and discussion around real cases often gives you something new to take back to your practice.
